The Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Fabbrini it’s the way we have served breakfast for the last 30 years or more, since when Buffet was not so typical in Italy. We love to display our handmade cakes and regional food
We also serve, obviously, packed biscuits and similar: you may not want to avoid eating them after all
Anyway we think that the best thing on our buffet is handmade cakes
Same recipes, for decades, and we don’t want to change them!
Moreover, we serve any drink, coffee, the at the table without using automatic serving machine: we do not like them and we thing we can offer a customized breakfast to you by using an “espresso” classical italian machine
Do you want a special Cappuccino in a large cup, with a little bit of cold milk in it? Do you want a long espresso coffee served in a glass rather than a cup? Different types of milk? Try to ask to the automatic machine, we don’t think it’s gonna deal with it 🙂

What you can find on the Breakfast Buffet at Hotel Fabbrini:
- 2 types of handmade “crostata”
- ciambelloni anche essi in almeno due varianti, preparati dalla nostra cucina
- an Italian Apple Pie
- other handmade cakes, depending on days and chef creativity, seasonality, special period of the year
- yogurts
- hot croissant
- classical and ordinary biscuits
- different types of jams and honey
- fruit
- fruit juices and other drinks
- ham, cheese, bread, eggs: anything about a classical English Breakfast MAY NOT be on the buffet everyday: just ask, we prefer to serve fresh products and … we think it’s better to wait a few minutes rather than taking the last slice from a plate being there for hours…isn’t it?
